Project-specific terms control
Because restoration and repair work often involves reserved labor, ordered materials, travel, assessment time, and custom planning, refund and cancellation rights depend on the accepted estimate, work order, or service agreement and applicable law.
Deposits and prepayments
Unless a signed document states otherwise, deposits may be applied to scheduling, planning, mobilization, material procurement, permit activity, and other project costs. Amounts already earned or committed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly in writing to info@chadsville.com. We review the project status, completed work, committed costs, restocking charges, special-order materials, and contractual cancellation terms before determining any balance due or refund.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Original processing, delivery, permit, design, special-order, or restocking costs may be excluded when permitted and disclosed.
Service concerns
If you believe work does not match the accepted scope, contact us promptly and provide reasonable access to review the concern. Where a written warranty applies, the available remedy may be inspection, correction, repair, replacement, or another remedy stated in the project documents rather than a refund.
