Service Terms & Conditions

Website inquiries do not create a service contract. Scope, pricing, allowances, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and responsibilities are established in a written estimate, work order, or agreement accepted by the parties. Site conditions or requested changes may require a revised scope.

Schedules are estimates and may change because of weather, material availability, permits, inspections, concealed conditions, client decisions, specialty trades, or events outside reasonable control. Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access and identifying known hazards, utilities, occupants, pets, and property rules.

Deposits, progress payments, and final payments follow the accepted project documents. Approved card payments may be completed through Square or another identified secure processor. Card details must not be sent through email or the website contact form.

Conditions hidden behind finishes or otherwise not reasonably observable may affect price, method, and timing. Additional or changed work requires authorization as described in the project documents.

Natural and manufactured materials can vary in color, pattern, texture, availability, and aging. Clients are responsible for timely selections and approvals. Substitutions may be proposed when a selected item is unavailable or unsuitable.

Applicable licensing, permit, engineering, and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction. The written project scope identifies responsibility for these items and for any licensed specialty trades.

Any service warranty is stated in the signed project documents. Warranty coverage does not extend to ordinary wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, movement, weather events, pre-existing defects, concealed conditions, manufacturer issues, or work altered by others unless specifically agreed in writing.

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve concerns through direct communication. Governing law, venue, dispute process, and any limitation terms are those stated in the signed project agreement and applicable law.
